Rethinking Routine

     For my first Action Project of Social Entrepreneurship, my classmates and I each made improvement plans for either something regarding our school or ourselves. We spent time learning about how we can recognize our skills and utilize them for business success. We spoke to some people at the Johnson O'Connor Research Foundation about how their business works and the different strengths different people can have. 

You might notice that this project is being posted after the second Action Project, and that is because my plans did not work out the way I intended. Originally, I planned to talk about gender disparities in workshop classes at my school. I ran into some difficulties when for privacy reasons the school wasn't allowed to share the data I needed for this, and it snowballed into me putting off the whole project. I ended up getting an extension on it, and pivoted my topic to making an action plan for getting work done consistently. You can check it out below.
